All Olympia First Round Qualifiers are open to Home Produced all riders/handlers and their ponies/horses.
Six qualification cards card will be given out in each class. If a competitor has already qualified then the qualification card will be handed down the line.
Once you receive your qualification card and you are already affiliated and registered to SSAD Ltd. then you will have 10 days to send the card in. Follow the instructions on the card .
If you are not affiliated or registered with SSAD Ltd. when you receive a qualification card then you will get 10 days to affiliate and register and send the card in .If this not done your qualification will not be valid . The classes comprise of
Pre Senior In Hand ponies/horses 15 to 18 yrs old
Senior In Hand ponies/horses 19 to 23 yrs old
Senior Plus In Hand ponies/horses 24 yrs old and over
Pre Senior Ridden ponies/horses 15 to 18 yrs old
Senior Ridden ponies/horses 19 to 23 yrs old
Senior Plus Ridden ponies/horses 24 yrs old and over
Second Round Qualifiers: A competitor can only enter a Second Round Qualifier if they have qualified at a First Round Qualifier and hold a 2018 Affiliation/Registration Show Card along with the 2018 Acceptance Card.
There are several ways to try and qualify for Olympia

RESTRICTED IN HAND & RIDDEN
All first prize winners from the Second Round Qualifying classes will be eligible to enter the Show Day Championship to determine who goes forward to Olympia Grand Final.
If a competitor has already qualified the qualification card will be handed down the line.
Once a competitor has qualified for Olympia in the Ridden section they are NOT allowed to qualify in the In Hand section and vice versa.
Olympia Grand Final will hold 2 separate classes to find the Olympia Supreme Senior In Hand Champion and Olympia Supreme Senior Ridden Champion.
