I WANT TO JOIN THE SERIES IS IT EASY TO DO?
Yes it is easy to join.
Go to our website: www.seniorshowinganddressage.co.uk
Click on the APPLICATIONS section click on MEMBERSHIP and download the NEW OR RENEWAL membership and the pony/horse NEW registration forms. (If you do not use computers, please write to Membership Office and request a membership form). There are 2 ways to do your membership you can:
- Fill forms in and send all paperwork via postal service, make payment via cheque or Postal order, or via bacs method
- Send all forms in via the £9 Email System, by send all paperwork over via email address info@seniorshowinganddressage.co.uk .Payment to be made via bacs
- Bank Details; Natwest Bank . SSADL. Sort Code 010138. Account Number 17268079 Important; you MUST state the members last name and MEM when paying membership via bacs system.
- This applies to both NEW and Renewal Membership Applications.

NEW MEMBERSHIP:
Complete the membership application form for yourself and the registration form for your pony/horse.
Remember when sending your completed membership and pony/horse registrations forms please do not forget to include:
- A photocopy of your pony/horse passport (this is for age verification) showing the following:
(a) The front page showing the equine’s name and passport number
(b) The page with the identification and markings of your equine
(c) The latest vaccination pages
RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP:
Application form are on the website.
SSADL will send the renewal memberships forms out in October each year via email. If you do not get one you can always down load them off the website. APPLICATIONS section click MEMBERSHIP
All renewal membership forms must be accompanied by the equines latest vaccination page. Please make sure you fill your membership forms in correctly and put the correct payment forward.
REMEMBER FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS SENT VIA POSTAL SYSTEM YOU NEED TO SEND IN A LARGE SAE TO THE VALUE OF £2.85 FOR THE RETURN OF:
(a) Membership Card (b) Rule Book (c) Equine Age Badge (d) Stallion Badge if required (e) Society Lapel Badge if required (f) Achievement Awards card if required (g) Information Flyers

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE SSADL DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS?
Dressage Championships 22nd September at Onley Grounds Warwickshire. The days comprises of: Open age Dressage for animals 4 years of age and over. Tests Preliminary-Novice-Elementary No qualification Required Senior Pony/Horse 15 years of age and over. Each test will be divided into 3 age groups Pre -Senior 15 to 18 years. Senior 19 to 23 years. Senior – Plus 24 years and over Ponies and Horses. Tests Preliminary-Novice-Elementary-Medium To be eligible to compete you can either qualify at a dressage event that host SSADL dressage qualifiers . Or go to any dressage event and gain over 60%. send a copy of your test along with the Championship Entry Sheet Senior Rider dressage for riders 50 years of age and over animals MUST be 4 years of age and over. Tests Preliminary-Novice To be divider in to 2 rider age groups A. Riders to 58 years old B. Riders 59 years and over. No qualification Required

DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THE SSADL CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW?
The SSADL National Championship Show is a spectacular 2 day annual event held at Onley Showground, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 8AJ.
Our Championship show is open to all Home Produced Ponies and Horses 15 years of age and over.
Open to members and non members. QUALIFICATION IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR:
The 2024 London Excel International Horse. The Horizon Plastics Co Ltd/SSADL Agria Royal International Horse Show Qualifiers. The Members Challenges . The Senior of the Year Qualifiers Your Championship Schedule will be sent electronically by e-mail (please make sure you have written your e-mail address clearly and correctly on membership If you do not have an e-mail address, please enclose A5 large stamped s.a.e. with your entry .
Otherwise the schedule will be on the SSADL Website.
Once you receive your schedule you may enter whichever classes you want over the weekend. Please if a non members of SSADL we will need a copy of your animals latest vaccination page.
